Cheerleading classes feature FUN and safety as students learn cheers, chants, arm motions, techniques, pom-dance routines and voice projection. Cheerleaders improve physical fitness as they build teamwork skills, self-confidence, and spirit!
Students have fun with pop art, cartooning, Anime and more.
Martial Art classes teach self-defense and safety-awareness in an exciting format for youth! Students learn verbal and physical defense skills effective against "strangers" and "bullies," as well as Martial Arts' skills, respect, and discipline.
Students first learn ball-handling skills such as dribbling, passing, trapping, shooting, and defending. Scrimmages are then introduced to familiarize students with game rules and build teamwork skills.
Education is the cornerstone of our programs. The instructors follow a specific curriculum for each of our programs; emphasizing specific skills while nurturing self-confidence and promoting physical fitness and academic encouragement. Our goal is always to support students in being well-rounded.
Our programs are held at schools, churches and community centers. Through these programs, we create positive and safe learning environments where children can be inspired to do their best. Students learn trust, mutual respect, and how to set and achieve personal goals.
Physical fitness requires dedication and continual effort. By laying the foundation at early ages through our youth activities, we instill good habits, the desire, and that vital commitment. For some children, our classes provide their only exposure to healthy lifestyles.
